	From Downtown Chicago:
	Take the Kennedy Expressway (I 90) West to I 294 North.  Exit at Dempster East.  Stay on Dempster for approximately 1 mile, you will see the hospital complex on the right.  The Center of Brain and Spine Surgery is located in suite 410 in the Parkside Center, 1875 Dempster St..  This building connects to the west end of Lutheran General Hospital.
	From the North:
	Take I294 South and exit at Golf Rd.  Turn left onto East River Road and then turn left onto Golf Road (you will be heading East on Golf Road).  Follow to the first stop light, Potter. Turn right onto Potter and go approximately one mile to Dempster St.  Turn left onto Dempster.  You will soon see the Hospital complex on the right.  The Center of Brain and Spine Surgery is located in suite 410 in the Parkside Center, 1875 Dempster St.  This building connects to the west end of Lutheran General Hospital.
	From the West:
	Take I90 (Northwest Tollway) East and exit at I294 North. Follow I294 North and exit at Dempster East.  Stay on Dempster for approximately 1 mile, you will see the hospital complex on the right.  The Center of Brain and Spine Surgery is located in suite 410 in the Parkside Center, 1875 Dempster St..  This building connects to the west end of Lutheran General Hospital.
	From the South:
	Take I294 North.  Exit at Dempster East. Stay on Dempster for approximately 1 mile, you will see the hospital complex on the right.  The Center of Brain and Spine Surgery is located in suite 410 in the Parkside Center, 1875 Dempster St..  This building connects to the west end of Lutheran General Hospital.
	PARKING:
	Parking is available in the garage directly in front of the Parkside Building and in the garage on Luther Lane, immediately west of Lutheran General Hospital Please bring your parking stub from the Luther Lane lot with you to your appointment for validation.
